Simple, transparent pricing

Auction Ace is Free for All Auction Sizes

Every new account includes a free auction credit. Buy more only when you need them — no subscriptions, no expiry.

    How pricing works

Auction Ace is priced per auction, not per player. Most auction platforms charge by the size of your pool, which punishes exactly the leagues that need the software most — the ones with three hundred registrations and a volunteer committee running the night. A credit covers one full auction regardless of whether you are selling twenty players or three hundred.

There is no subscription. You buy credits when you need them, they do not expire, and nothing renews automatically. A league that runs one auction a year pays for one auction a year.

Every core feature is included at every tier: live push-based bidding, private team-owner consoles, purse and squad tracking, player registration links, the full set of OBS and vMix streaming overlays, and the audit log. Paying more does not unlock features — it just buys more auctions.

    Pricing questions

What does an auction credit cover?

One credit runs one complete auction, from setup through to the final sale, with no cap on how many players or teams you add. Credits are consumed when you start a standard auction, not when you create one, so you can build and rehearse an auction before committing the credit.

Is there really no limit on players or teams?

Correct. Pricing does not scale with the size of your pool. A 30-player corporate tournament and a 300-player regional league both cost the same single credit.

    Do credits expire?

No. Credits are a one-off purchase and stay on your account until you use them. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Can I try it before paying anything?

Yes, in two ways. Every new account includes a free auction credit that unlocks the full feature set for a complete auction. Separately, demo auctions are always free — limited to 10 players and 4 teams and visible only to you — so you can practise the flow before auction night.

    Are the streaming overlays included?

Yes. The OBS and vMix browser-source overlays — current player, standings, team sheets, upcoming players, activity feed and top sales — are part of the auction, not a paid add-on.

    How do I pay?

On the web, through Stripe Checkout with standard card payments. In the Android and iOS apps, through the platform in-app purchase flow. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported.
